Explanations Regarding Applications to Our Company Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data
According to Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVK Law), personal data owners, defined as relevant persons, have the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.
Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, applications to be made to the data controller regarding the implementation of this Law must be submitted to us using the methods specified below.
Wellvalens is a brand of Valmed Ecza Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Valmed is the data controller for personal data obtained under the Wellvalens brand.
Within this framework, written applications to our Company can be made by filling out and signing the Application Form provided below, then sending the printed copy through one of the following methods: in person by the applicant, via a notary, with a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, registered electronic mail address, or via the email address previously notified to our Company and registered in our system. If additional information is needed during the evaluation of your request, we will contact you. Your application will be processed free of charge; however, if it requires additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the relevant legislation.

Applications submitted to us will be responded to within thirty days from the date of receipt, depending on the nature of the request, pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 2 of the KVK Law. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the KVK Law.
