• To know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred, whether in the country or abroad,
• To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
• To request the notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction processes to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request the compensation of damages in case of a loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law by using one of the methods specified in Article 13 of the Law and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller. Your request will be answered free of charge within 30 days in accordance with Article 13 of the Law. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the Communiqué may be charged.

You can submit your applications by filling out the Wellvalens KVKK Data Subject Application Form and delivering it by hand, via a notary, via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, or by sending it to the email address registered in our system. The applicant must prove their identity with documents and information. Applications must include the applicant's name, surname, signature (if written), TCKN, address for notifications, email address for notifications (if any), telephone, fax number (if any), and the subject of the request. Positive responses will not be provided if these documents cannot be verified.
